Anne, although this has nothing to do with your current problem I thought I would let you know nonetheless. Yes, its free for older customers to pull their hotmail into OE… for NOW. But as the article states; this spring Microsoft will begin charging even older customers who want to use OE (or any other program like Pegasus, Eudora, etc.) to read their Hotmail. Come this spring you will either have to pay to do so, or just view your hotmail online.
