Having a few issue with some of my members on a website chat room (Using Mibbit), after a little bit of test found those that were affected were all using Avast and if the turned off Avast shield they were able to connect to the chat room fine. I don’t really want to tell them to turn this off just for the chat room.
Any ideas what this issue is coming from as we do have uses of Avast that can connect fine to the chat room and I have installed it myself and it works fine and advise them to use the same settings I am and still no luck they still get stuck on the connecting screen.
