Avast and Mozilla Email Client

Hello to everyone,
I’ve just substituted NAV 2001 with Avast Antivirus
I works perfectly but I’m not able to have it check for virus on my Mozilla Email Client
It seems easy to set Avast to work with Outlook Express but I don’t know how to set it for Mozilla Mail
Can you please help me and tell me how to set it ?

Hi Young_River, welcome to the forums.

It would appear that Mozilla Mail is supported.

Check this thread, the 5th post Mail Protection Wizard show how to use the Mail Protection Wizard or manually setup mail protection.

I would also recommend you read the avast help file, Setting up the Mail Protection.

The above post by davidR will provide all the info you need, Mozilla’s email client and the stand alone Thunderbird email client are both supported without problems in avast!
