Avast and Rootkits

Hello,

I would like to know as a definite answer if avast is currently able to detect rootkits and if it doesn’t is it going to be a feature and a future avast version ??

Right now I don’t see such feature in avast!

But if Alwil doesn’t want to be behind Grisoft and Avira, then it is supposed to introduce it.
