Avast and Sunbelt CounterSpy

Hi

Can I use Avast5 free and CounterSpy together?

Have a nice day.

I believe you can, in the same way you can use other resident anti-malware, like MBAM Pro and SAS Pro versions.

You could try a forum search for counterspy as I believe this may have cropped up before.

My only question to you would be why you would want to purchase a product when
there are free programs available that are just as effective ???

+1

there are free programs available that are just as effective
not all fingers are the same, and there are always point of strong and weak, otherwise we will unite our programs and OS and every thing in computers,i use avast free and def+ in this pc and norton in another one,dr.web for linux, and avast ais in the fourth one,and a lot of programs and no one like other the only same is x==13; // for example ;D

Hi

I prefer using free programs(CCleaner Avast5…in tako naprej) but I have a habit I buy a security program every year. (previous year-Avast4PRO and SpySweeper) this year maybe Avast5PRO and CounterSpy but I would love to hear your opinion about CS? Can I use Avast in CounterSpy together?

I would choose Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware (MBAM) that has a one time fee vs CounterSpy’s continual charge for updates.

All annual subscriptions include one year of threat definition updates, software upgrades, and live US-based toll-free technical support.
