I am really hoping someone out there can help me. After installing the Avast Professional all my workstation along with running the ADNM. I have a couple of users that are getting rights errors now when trying to access our Sage Mas90 software from our Server. These users have never had a rights problem before when using the Mas90 software. It is happening because of the Avast software but I cannot figure out why. Does anybody have a clue??? All systems are running Windows XP and the error is “does not have sufficient rights for Mas90” and it says “This condition can also occur if share is not loaded”.
No, Avast is not installed on the server with Mas90. Yes, all workstations can map the drive and access Mas90 with no problems except for a couple of users.
Sorry to ask again but (for clarification) can the workstations experiencing the problem successfully map the drive on the server? Is it always the same workstations that experience the problem?
