Avast! and Vista's offline synchronization

Hi,

We have a problem with offline synchronization : the files don’t synchronize! We search quite a bit and when we disable Avast!, the files synchronize. Do someone else have this problem ?

Can you please describe the scenario in a bit more detail?

What version of Vista? Is this taking place on a laptop computer? What OS runs on the remote PC? Are there any error messages?

Also, does it suffice if you only pause the Standard Shield provider in avast? If not, does it help if you stop this provider?

a “failed to synchronize file xxxx” with the whole list of file we want synchronized

Also, does it suffice if you only pause the Standard Shield provider in avast?

I will test that now and see what happen.

update : if I pause the standard shield, no synchronization.

If not, does it help if you stop this provider?
