Hi chungsaejin,
I can attest as to how you may feel about this disaster.
Question is, do you wish to have free help in getting your system back up and running? If so, I am going to contact a malware removal expert to assist you in getting that done.
Please be patient.
That would be awesome
Hi chungsaejin ![]()
Do you have Win 7 32bit or 64bit ?
If you have Win 7 32bit, see https://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=53253.0 and scroll down to If you cannot Boot the computer and follow the instructions.
If you have Win 7 64bit, just mention that in your next reply.
Our expert essexboy has been notified to help you.
But be patient, as it is night here in Europe.
