I want also to reinstall Zone Alarm Pro (latest version) I bought a license from ZA sometimes ago. According the ZA’s forum there was some incompatibility between both product. Before processing safely on the ZAP install, could someone confirm the incompatibility is [1]removed or [2]still exist.

On my latest version the incompatibility still exists, but all you need to do is turn off ZAP privacy feature. Switch both cookie control and ad blocking to off
You could ask Alwil team to send you an updated ZA driver that is compatible.
You can send an email to vlk (at) avast.com and ask him (maybe with a link to this thread).
Without the new drivers, seems it’s there… It’s a shame from ZoneLabs as this problem is well know to be in their side and not avast
