hello

i need some help, after installing avast 4.6 home edition, privacy control (control cookies)in zone alarm firewall stopped to work.

is there any known compatibility problem between the two program?

please let me know if any

What version of avast home do you have (see about avast) the latest version is 4.6.623.

There are a number of similar threads in the forums and as far as I’m aware the latest version rectifies this.

May I suggest that you disable the privacy settings in ZAPro. I have done that and have experienced no problems, plus if you are running XP SP2 and/or FFox then the privacy settings don’t actually add anything to your security. ;D
