Does Avast in android web shield blocks malicious web sites from loading? Because I sawit only displayed a warning message after the website loaded.
Also does web shield work for only web browsers? And does it work for web browsers other than chrome?
First, I’m an Avast user and not an Avast Team member.
After a web site loads, it could be connecting to 3rd party links within that site, that could be the issue. Unfortunately there isn’t much detail to say for certain.
The Web Shield (is as it says protection form infected sites on the web), it isn’t only specific to Chrome, my default browser is Firefox and it works for that.
