Avast Anti-Theft Question

Hello,

About 3 months ago I purchased the Avast Mobile Premium for my Moto X and it’s work great! I recently had to wipe the same phone, I then used the Avast Backup service to restore all my data. But for some reason when I try to go a reset the backup to backup all my items my ‘premium’ status has disappeared…

  1. It the exact same phone…
  2. I bought the license for this phone.
  3. The license was listed in my.avast.com until I removed my ‘old’ moto device that was archived.

Any help would be appreciated. I’ve used Avast products for about 6 years now and I would not have to pay another $15.00 to get the same thing I already have payed for this year.
