Avast AntiSpam Module causing send errors with Outlook Express

Anybody at Avast aware that the Antispam module on their recent version of Internet Security is causing an error just like the error that the outgoing virus scanner causes. Server error 421. Anyone else notice this?

I have not had any such error with the Anti-Spam module in my latest version of AIS. ???
Actually never have seen this error in all the time I’ve run AIS.
