Finding the Avast Free version is the easy part, this was from a google search.
First you would have to cancel your subscription for the paid version you have (?) or that payment mandate would kick in at the renewal time.
Then you would have to uninstall that version prior to installing the Free version, this isn’t as easy as it is to say as it would require a clean reinstall. More on that later as required.
