avast! Antivirus Installer (32 bit) process Using too much bandwidth

Hi anyone would like to tell me how I disable it?
avast! Antivirus Installer (32 bit) process use like 80% of my network according to task manager.
I can only use 50gb of data per month and I just can’t just waste it on this anti virus.

So I ll get a refund if no one can help me with this.

Disable what ?
The full installer is (depending on the version) roughly 210 - 230 Mb and that can not be changed.
Other av’s are about the same size.

Download it somewhere else and put it on a cd/dvd/usb stick and install it on your system.
