Avast Antivirus scans more files than my hard disc has.

Hi,

Avast Antivirus scans more files than my hard disc has.
My hard disc has 929GB. After a Full scan The Scan Log says it Scanned 1,3TB.
How is this possible?

I have Windows 10.
