Avast Antivirus wont show 4 of my scans

Sure. Just write the parts you want to keep in place down and re-create the custom scan after you get everything else running well.

Easier way, export your settings and reimport them after the reinstall.

I don’t know how exactly to do that, also, I am not very keen about uninstalling and then re-installing.

I Use avast free anti-virus, just like in those pix on the link.
I think it might be 2016, cause that’s when I got it (If I remember correctly)

For a clean reinstall, follow instructions…

Download Avast Free Antivirus: https://files.avast.com/iavs9x/avast_free_antivirus_setup_offline.exe
Follow instructions: https://www.avast.com/uninstall-utility (Run this tool for all prior installed Avast versions…!!)
Reinstall Avast with the downloaded installer from point 1.
Reboot.

Re-installing Avast

Nothing has worked. I just finished re-boot, and I have the same problem :'(.

-Don’t know about OS, but one of my programs on here is 64 bit.
-I also use Iobit Malware Fighter as a second opinion (Windows Defender runs in the background)
-This is the first antivirus, unless I had Iobit on first. I was trying to remember a couple days ago myself.

More anitvirus programs is not better. Here’s why:

Choose only one antivirus program and get rid of the others! Doesn’t matter if it is not Avast you keep, but keep only one.

Hi -JC20032017,

I’d wager about 99% of glitches or installation failures are resolved by uninstalling rebooting rebooting (twice) and then installing a clean version of the program you wish to install. Have you completely removed old antivirus programs?
