Avast asking me to "allow" texts from contacts

For a few of my contacts, avast will ask me to “allow” their texts even though they are in my contacts and sometimes I will miss texts for hours because the avast notification that pops up is silent. How do I fix this?

does this happen only for a few of your contacts or all of them? Is it “easy” for you to reproduce for potential debugging?

OK, that’s something. Is one of the contacts a friend of yours of family? I mean if you can tell them to send you an SMS to test it.
