Thanks for the reply Eddy, I searched for this topic before, but did not find if it was actually solved for the people or not, it usually ends when the support employee say that he will look into the ticket :wink: I read that they do refunds within 30 days from the purchase, but does it actually count from the date i ordered the rial version and unknowingly accepted the full version renewal(which was 17.3. 2017) or does it count from the date the actual order was made and from which i have an invoice, which was tomorrow?
