I have tried running the installer in safe boot with networking and it still fails. I attached the log file and put detailed system info below. Let me know if anymore information is needed. Thank you. I really don’t like running Windows but if I’m going to I might aswell get an AV.
Rename the file I attached as “in-and-out-firewall-rules.txt” to “in-and-out-firewall-rules.zip”. I attached my firewall rules in that file as a LibreOffice .csv file. It should open in Microsoft’s Excel.
