Avast AV NITRO Update - Finale Version [12.2.2276]
• Kompatibilität mit W10 Anniversary Update hergestellt
• Neues Komponenten-Menü in den Einstellungen hinzugefügt
• Diverse Verbesserungen und Fehlerkorrekturen
Hinweis bzgl. SafePrice: By introducing more components in the setup and new options in the Settings > Components menu, we are trying to make it easier for our users to choose which components they want to use. For example with SafePrice plugin, user had to look for it in each browser’s settings. In this new version, by deselecting the SafePrice component in setup, plugin is immediately uninstalled from all browsers. It is unfortunate you had to remove it once again. However, from now on, it should be much easier to control what is installed and what is not.
Win7+ users will get a new version of SafeZone browser as a part of Avast program update.
Changelog/Fixes:
• Browser engine updated
• Bottom menu (Downloads, History, etc…) moved to the left side
• Video Downloader: Improved compatibility on Vimeo and Youtube
• Fixed graphics on high DPI displays
Hinweis: Win Vista and XP users stay on version 1.48 due to Chromium compatibility but still receive security fixes.
Die meisten schaffen sich die User selbst, weil sie noch nie von einer Benutzer-definierten Installation gehört bzw. davon Gebrauch gemacht haben. Dabei ist das doch so einfach.

Hinweis bzgl. WD: Avast disables Windows Defender as Microsoft does itself in Windows 10, we do in earlier versions of Windows manually. Running Avast and another antivirus may be source of problems and performance decrease as well. Ok, it is antispyware on Win7 but it is still subset of Avast functionality and can cause troubles and performance decrease. You don’t need it because it is duplicated functionality.
Hinweis bzgl. CC: We have made a small change in the Cyber Capture flow. On the first Cyber Capture dialog, that informs the user about the fact, that the file is rare and needs to be analyzed on the backend, we have removed the “Run anyway” button. We’ve received some complains from users and testers, that this is too dangerous, and in case it really is a virus may be a security risk for the user. In the current version, the original “Run anyway” button is replaced with the “I trust this file” link, which still keeps the file inside Cyber Capture analysis, and also sends this users opinion back to our servers. It may be then taken into the account and make the analysis faster.
While be believe, this new workflow is more secure, we do understand that many of you are power users and want to be in charge. For this purpose we have added the new option into settings - it controls whether the “Run anyway” option is available or not.
Some of you have also suggested the file to be executed in Sandbox only - we are still working with this idea. I quite like it, but it has some technical issues as well - what should we do when the downloaded file is an installer, the installation may fail, or appear to succeed but things will not work as expected – e.g. no integration with the system will ever be visible. This seems to be somewhat challenging when presented to less advanced users, but we are still working with this idea.
was passiert nun, wenn man “I trust the file” anklickt?
