Avast behaviour shield

I did use Avast , and i tested it allot in virtual machines.

But i never ever got a popup from Avast , not even from Avast 7.

But i did read somewhere in the forum that it has a difference purpose other then looking for suspicious behaviour and alert the user.

So , what function does the behaviour shield in Avast have ? ( on auto-decide )

From my knowledge it sends important data of the suspicious files to avast that helps in identifying new malware

I have tested it and seen it in action…u will either get a action blocked alert or a red alert on the center of the screen saying that suspicious files found and asks u to delete them. :slight_smile:

Though i want avast just not to identify malicious events but also block it. :stuck_out_tongue:

Ah ok , it does not work as a normal behaviour shield to avoid possible false positives and too much popups ?
