AVAST BILLED MY ACCOUNT WHEN I HAD NOT SET UP AUTO RENEW??!! CAN'T CONTACT THEM

Avast billed for a renewal of Driver updater… I have NOT authorised auto-renew but they billed me anyway!! Illegal or what? Can’t contact them because their ‘contact us’ page just runs a continuous rotating ‘wait’ icon. Anyone had the problem? Cheers. Chris.

You can try these options.
Cancelling automatic renewal of the Avast subscription - See https://support.avast.com/en-en/article/35. Should be able to confirm if you set it up or not.

Refund request - https://support.avast.com/en-ww/contact/sales_refund If you haven’t got the Order ID, etc enter 00000000 and give as much information that you can to help identify it.

Thanks but not following reply. I used the official route but the return mail comes back to say it recognises none of my emails yet it billed my card.
