That ain’t true. We have been actively replying to every single offensive message you have sent through our ticket system. Note that you purchased one license in November 10, another in December 28, and a third one on December 29. As you contacted us first time in March 6, unfortunately the 30-days refund window had passed. We offered you to consolidate all your purchases towards a single extended license, offer that you rejected as per your message on May 5.
Your ticket was after that closed due to the vulgar language used in the later replies, which our representatives are not paid to read
