Avast blacklisted clean site

Hello,

We have problem with our web site. Avast blacklisted it, but all other scanning tools I could find show its safe.
Please tell me where should I look to fix the problem?

Site is sab.travel
Parked domain is sab.co.rs

I’ve already sent ticket to support early this morning, but still no answer.
Thank you

Scanned the Parked Domain. I think that was the right one. Seems clean

Greetings milansab and welcome to the Avast Forums!

Like alan1998, I also did some checking on your parked domain site. The only thing I found which MAY have something to do with the negative Avast rating, is in a reverse DNS lookup, I saw information indicating that at least twice in the past 3 years, your IP was evidently associated with malware.

Since this occurred before you acquired the website, the Avast team should be able to readily sort everything out.
(As they tend to be rather busy, it may take a little time for them to complete their analysis, but rest assured…they will get back with you about your ticket).

Best regards,

Thank’s guys. Hope it will soon be fixed.

I removed parked domain, so now it’s sab.travel only

Site was on a PHISHING list. Site: http://sab.co.rs/ and a parked domain looks like: http://www.parkeradhosloopia.se/
But avast also blocks sab, travel as URL:Mal - a general block (general IP)…probably because of http://support.clean-mx.de/clean-mx/viruses?id=11159182
So when there are no issues you should file a fp report to avast. Submit a false positive report here: http://www.avast.com/contact-form.php

Thanks for info, I’ll see what I can do.

Also look for what the blacklisting reports say and try to get off: http://scanurl.net/?u=5.45.179.41&uesb=Check+This+URL#results

Thank you all for your help, IP address is now changed, and it looks like everything is ok.

Respect to Avast for detecting that something was wrong.
