avast blocca la stampante brother wifi

Buongiorno,

da un po’ di tempo avevo la stampante che non funzionava in scansione; credendo che il problema poteva essere la cartuccia del nero vuota, ho atteso che mi arrivasse la nuova. Dopo la sostituzione il problema era ancora presente. Dopo vari tentativi, ho provato a bloccare avast per 10 minuti e tutto, per incanto, ha funzionato. Conclusione, avast mi blocca la stampante e credo che bisogna intervenire sulle impostazioni. Come fare?

it’s strange; all written is in italian.
Anyway, I’m sure that the avast sw prevent my printer Brother wifi from working. I installed my printer just 1 year ago end I never had problems. I think that the last avast sw or windows 7 updates were the cause of this malfunction. I verified that blocking the avast protection all printer functions are good again.
I know that some thing is to be done on avast settings; plese suggest me the procedure. Thanks

I’ve subscription to Avast Internet Security 2015; win7 64 bits; no others AV; avast since 2006, I think so
