Avast Block the Game Process

Hi all,

I found that the avast will kill the game process of PointBlank.exe (Indonesia region) automatically every time when I try to start the game. And after I disabled the avast, the game can be started properly. Also I scanned the full game folder, and no virus was found.

So I am wondering why the avast will block the game process, and how to avoid getting blocked from avast behavior shield.

I have already uploaded two game execution files to the false positive system. All replied that these files are not detected by Avast. But it did block the game process. And it seems it’s not the problem of file shield but the behavior shield.

Thanks for your reply, it works after I add game path to exclusion list.

And last thing we want to check: There’re many users in Indonesia using Avast and playing PointBlank game, can avast help to whitelist the game folder/file/process ? So that it doesn’t need all players to change the avast settings manually.
