Avast blocked chat client

Avast suddenly decided that 123 Flash Chat client is malware, though avast DeepScreen analyses it as a harmless sw. I have used it for years with Avast, and now Avast wont let me. It removed it won’t let me install it again even if I hit the skip button when it warn me.

I have reported it, but I have no idea how long it takes to correct. Do have any idea, how long this kind of matters takes to be fixed?

Unfortunate i just bought Avast Internet security 2014 license and now I have to replace it untill they fix the problem.

So the Avast tool for reporting Flase alarms does not bring the message? Sounds a bit strange.
