Why does Avast still block my website ?

I see there are three engines “Comodo Valkyrie Verdict, G-Data and Fortinet” detected this URL as Phishing.
How this could be even possibile. I just created this website to help my client on advertise his services and company.

Do you have any idea on how to solve this issue?

With URLs this change should be instant, but it might take up to 24 hours with files.

No Alert when I just visited, though not a lot of action going on on the landing/home page ingeoservizi.it
