how i add an exclusion?
It blocked it for a reason. Check the url with:
URL Void: http://www.urlvoid.com/
VirScan.org:http://www.virscan.org/
Virus Total: http://www.virustotal.com/
Unmask Parasites: http://www.unmaskparasites.com/security-report/?page=servepics.com
Just found this thread where someone else got infected: http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=63152.0. See post by Polonus for instructions.
still i want to add an exclusion…is it possible?
Did you follow these instructions:
On the website this is detected: htxp://s.clicktale.net/WRb.js (apparent malware domain)
Suspected of Cookie Invasion: clicktale.net -------------------- WRBlock
Please download ATF Cleaner by Atribune from here:
http://www.atribune.org/ccount/click.php?id=1
and save the file to your desktop.
* Close all open browser windows
* Run ATF Cleaner by double clicking it.
* Once the program opens, click the Firefox button at the top
* Select Cookies and once that's all set click on the Empty Selected button and it will remove the cookies from your system.
Otherwise you will get malware by adding an exclusion. This is NOT a safe practice!!!
i using during 2 years…none of antivirus issue that there is a malware…please tell me the way to add exlusion
I can’t in good faith tell you do to this. There is obviously malware on this site now given then you and another user have reported a problem. Sites do get malware and infected scripts.
I would follow the instructions given to you in the previous post. Thank you.

Obviously been some problems in the past, if Avast! team o.k. it as a FP you’ll get no further warnings obviously.
Personally sounds just too BAD to be taken as a legit IE addon, however it is deemed as:
The classification of this entry is open to debate. It may offer or exhibit borderline or questionable behavior. Read the description for more details.

… :
I don’t know how many times I have to say this before anyone takes any notice, avast’s Network Shield isn’t blocking your zynga toolbar but the zynga.com site as you image clearly shows.
The fact that you have been using the site for two years doesn’t meant it is immune from hacking, the most common means of infection on-line.
Since this is the Network Shield that is alerting on this, there is no exclusion as there are no manual settings in the network shield.
facebook never tell that it is a virus…it say that some hacker are creating fake toolbar and forced to install…Zynga is a Web 2.0-based social network game developer located in San Francisco…and it is fully protected…more than 24000K people play zynga game
Just so others do not have to repeat it again, it was a Network Shield detection. And either way, it is gone now isn’t it? It is ok, everyone can trade digital corn for binary pig again, their crops will not die.
Exercise care in where you seek advice, get it from the horses mouth (avast forums) rather than the horses ass (facebook), e.g. get your information from the source.

They bite!
Why is it that Swarnava Sengupta can not figure out how to update this profile ???
Go to PROFILE then Modify Profile then Forum Profile Information thenSignature: and put information about your system just like my signature about your system just like my signature so that the helpers can offer pertinent advicel like DavidR’s signature? ???
I too have the Zynga Toolbar’s usefulness being blocked: toolbar.zynga.com/game_switcher/component.php
So it’s offended by the script that the bar uses to switch to showing bonus availability on different games, mine is locked on Poker, which is useless to me.
I uninstalled and reinstalled the bar and it worked for a couple days without the message, low and behold today it’s back.
URLVOID.com says it is clean.
So what’s going on, Zynga’s toolbar as toolbars in general are malware to some extent, that’s a given, is it vicious is the question.
Why does it not give a positive for days?
I assume any search done within a toolbar is being tracked, so I don’t use it, I use startpage.com for searches plus am reasonably vigilant with killing cookies.
The reason I care so much is the game bonuses associated with the zynga toolbar, I never use it for searching and I do not use any cheats.
Well, we have to wait for internal Avast! fix right? …and by the way I am also a full Avast! Internet Suite supporter ($120, 3 year 3 PC license) so I can’t be blown off with that it’s Avast! trying to get you to pay, bullpucky.
Hello,
It is ok now.
Best regards
Jan Sirmer
