Avast blocking a Microsoft IP

So Avast just blocked a Microsoft IP Adress for me randomly with no browser running.

False Positive or something bad?

wait a second im getting this same exact message aswell… what??? mabye this is a windows 10 update and avast is detecting it as something bad. if you can reply, have you been getting this same error with skype.exe?
