Avast blocking an app but no log nor reason.

Hello. Hope everyone is doing fine.

I play a MuOnline private server, and everytime I open the game, Avast won’t allow it to run. All I have left is to exclude the folder entirely.

I scanned the entire folder, no virus result. Individual files, no result. What troubles me is that Avast is blocking it without telling me why.

I tried logs and report folder → Nothing there.
I uploaded the files → No reply.

I wish to know why Avast is closing the game before start, it’s useless to know that I’m safe if I don’t know from what.

I have already disabled do not disturbe, so that’s not it.

I asked around in the game, EVERYONE has this problem. The administrators told me they repeatedly reported the files, and Avast said everything was OK.

So, why is this still being blocked? Where can I see what Avast is blocking and why it is blocking it?

You don’t say what Avast version or build you are using, Avast Free or Premium Security (which has a firewall) ?
Depending on your firewall settings (Mode) if set to Public it is probably blocking private server used.

You also don’t say what avast error (or alert) is displayed ?

I’m using Premium Security.

And as for the error/alert, that’s exactly my point, there is no alert, nor log. It will close the app without any info at all.

It’s not firewall related, as disabling it won’t do anything, but disabling shields will allow me to run the game.
