AVAST not only blocks it, it immediately removes it from my computer. Funny thing is, I have it on my laptop with Avast with no troubles. WTH is going on??
On both system the same avast version and vps?
If so, it is likely a different setting or you have it in the exclusion list.
I for sure don’t have it in my exclusion list, it’s empty. The Avast on my desktop that is catching it is a new install. What setting could it be?
Do you’ve PUP scanning enabled on the desktop…?

That has nothing to do with firewall settings.
A firewall only blocks things, it doesn’t remove things.
What exactly did you change?
Was it the PUP detection ?
