Hi, I just tried to do a shop but once I log into Tesco.com’s Groceries section my basket, the search bar, and even the logo vanish. This happens with this site on every browser that Avast is protecting, including SafeZone! I don’t know why, but with your search protection enabled I can’t buy a thing on that site. I have confirmed that disabling Avast web protect and price allows you to use the site as normal. I have not tried the other parts of the site, but they may be the same.

Also, the CAPATCHA on this website is really hard to read. I mean really hard. Four attempts and counting hard.

The captcha is there the only three posts and it is supposed to be hard.
It helps a lot to keep spammers away.

The Captcha is intentionally difficult to prevent spambots spamming the forums, it is only for the first three posts.

Done some experiments and it seems to be Avast SafePrice specifically that is screwing thing up. Is there a way to fix it or bug report?

I mention the capatcha because some of these characters are just unreadable. I mean, it’s not actually supposed to be hard for humans to read, just robots.

As spammers are humans, the captcha should be hard for humans.

Personally I would uninstall the SafePrice browser add-on, but you can do as suggested report the adverse interaction.

Unfortunately I can’t test this as the last time I used Tesco’s online ordering was close to eight years ago.
