I have downloaded a file from GitHub, and Avast keeps blocking the download and me from opening the app. I have added the link to the exclusions list and the folder as well, but it still blocks it
Does anyone know how to fix?
There isn’t much in the way of details to suggest a resolution.
e.g. is this an Avast Alert, then if the See details option in the alert it may indicate that it is blocking a 3rd party connection from that link. Or is it blocking the file you are trying to download and not the site as such.
Post a screenshot of the Alert, including See Details part, may help understanding.

AVAST ME BLOQUE UN SITE DEPUIS DES SEMAINES DÉCLARÉ EN FAUX POSITIF, AJOUTÉ AU EXCEPTIONS ETC,.ETC,…Avast fonctionnait plutôt bien dans l’ensemble mais ça commence à changé et pour trouvé des solutions bon courage, j’en suis au moins a la 5 connexion avec des agents techniques via le chat de avast, ils ont tous essayé de résoudre mon problème sans reussir ou alors juste ça marche 5mn et ça rebug 1h plus tard. LE CHAT TECHNIQUE EST REACTIF POUR SE CONNECTÉ ET CERTAINS AGENTS ESSAIE DE FAIRE QQ CHOSE, MAIS EN FAITE ILS N’Y CONNAISSENT PAS GRAND CHOSE, JE CROIS MIEUX CONNAITRE LEUR PROGRAMME. CE SONT DES AGENTS BASÉ EN INDE OU AUTRE PAYS ILS SONT PAYÉ A L’INTERVENTION ALORS ILS COCHE OU ESSAIE 2 OU 3 PARAMETRES ET ENSUITE SI ÇA MARCHE PAS ET BIEN …RIEN ! APRES IL SE PASSE PLUS RIEN AVEC AVAST SILENCE RADIO. ET POUR OBTENIR UN REMBOURSEMENT BON COURAGE..PEINE PERDU. GOOD LUCK AVAST ET COMME TOUT LE MONDE JUSTE UNE MEGA BOITE A FRIC VIRTUEL
