Avast blocking internet after reconnecting from an internet drop

We’ve been having internet problems and avast makes it worse for some users. Our internet drops for a few seconds to a couple minutes, once the connection is reestablished some of our users cannot connect back to the internet without turning off the avast firewall temporarily. This happens on windows 7 tower computers and windows 10 laptops and Surface computers. It doesn’t happen to everyone, just the same ones every time. Is this a bug or is there a setting I can look into changing. We are using AVAST FOR BUSINESS PREMIUM ENDPOINT SECURITY
