Hi, I have around 30 users using Avast AV. Got an ongoing issue where certain users are losing internet connection. Disable Avast shields and internet returns. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling Avast but issues still persist on the same pool of users. Has anyone experienced this behaviour and did you find a solution?

Which particular Avast product is involved. e.g. Avast Antivirus Free, Premium or Ultimate?
and which components have been activated/selected?
is Avast Firewall involved?
Instead of disabling all Avast shields, try deactivating one shield at a time to determine if the internet problem is caused by a specific shield e.g.web shield.
Note. I am not an Avast Team member, just another user.
