We have developed a website through a platform named Wix.com and bought the following domain:
www.smartsecurity-app[.]com
This domain will be used for a commercial product and as we were testing it, a plenty of users declared virus by entering the website and commonly all of them had Avast installed. What can we do to solve this?
I kept contact with the platform support - wix.com - and they are pretty sure that there are no threats on the website.
what do you advise me to do? I will talk to the platform’s support again, do you think is it possible to clean the domain up? What if we change the domain on the platform, is it possible that this keep happening? How does this thing shared hosting work? I have no knowledge about websites, we simply developed through the platform and ran it

Do you still have the contract you signed with the hosting firm, and was this paid hosting?
It’s not unreasonable to expect a hosting firm to take reasonable steps to provide an “appropriate” service level. Getting your legitimate site effectively blacklisted because of other people’s actions isn’t necessarily providing an “appropriate” service level if you paid for the hosting. If you don’t get anywhere with the hosting platforms support, then perhaps it’s time to seek legal advice, which this forum can’t provide.
Since this block was done due to this domain spreading Andromeda, and since you are a new owner, I am removing it from our blacklist now But please do keep in mind what others pointed out…
