Hi, we are a software editor building a vlc-based video player and it appears that for some of our users, our program is blocked by avast.
We believe this is a false positive, and would like to know how to proceed in order to fix the problem.

The webrep problem you mention points to a download site that’s not affiliated with us in any way. Our site lives at http://fleex.tv. Just because a “bad” site references us doesn’t mean we’re evil too!
