Upgraded to Office 2019. started receiving Outlook errors receiving emails from server. The error was a Microsoft error 0x800ccc1a. Tracked the problem to AVAST. The problem reoccurs about once a week. I set Avast to delay start and still experienced problem. I ran repair and rebooted, and the problem went away. Anyone have a fix?
