You have solved all the problems I’ve had so far. The pc fan running loud and the pc running warm in idle, that malware and virus stuff, and that’s about it. Still no popup or warning. What file sharing site can I use? I do not know much about file sharing, or zipping files. Apologies.
I can’t use Google in internet explorer I have just found. My personal preference is IE.
To zip the folder in windows explorer right click the folder and select send to … Then select Compressed (zipped) folder
Then create a free account at Mediafire http://www.mediafire.com/ upload it to there and post the sharing link
What error do you get when you try to use Google ?
no error it is just a blank tab and the hour glass shows up. my chrome works fine. which I will use if I that’s the case.
It is uploaded.

OK with IE go to control panel > internet options > advanced tab
Select reset button at the bottom accept the warnings
Then try IE again
Thank you for the qoobox file that has now been sent to Avast
Could you possibly zip the following folder as well please C:_OTL\moved files as that contains some of the virus data files they will need
is this the file?
No there should be a folder at C:_OTL if you could zip all that please
How is IE working now ?
IE is now fine. PC is still running like the day I got it quiet and cold temp wise. here is the correct folder
Thank you for that I will now forward it
Subject to no further problems
I will remove my tools now and give some recommendations, but, I would like you to run for 24 hours or so and come back if you have any problems
Now the best part of the day ----- Your log now appears clean
A good workman always cleans up after himself so…The following will implement some cleanup procedures as well as reset System Restore points:

: Keep Java Updated :
WARNING: Java is the #1 exploited program at this time. The Department of Homeland Security recommends that computer users disable Java
See this article and this article.
I would recommend that you completely uninstall Java unless you need it to run an important software.
In that instance I would recommend that you disable Java in your browsers until you need it for that software and then enable it. (See How to diasble Java in your web browser and How to unplug Java from the browser)
Now that you are clean, to help protect your computer in the future I recommend that you get the following free programmes:
CryptoPrevent install this programme to lock down and prevent crypto ransome ware

Update and run weekly to keep your system clean
It is critical to have both a firewall and anti virus to protect your system and to keep them updated.
To learn more about how to protect yourself while on the internet read this little guide Best security practices Keep safe
Will delfix remove all the programs I installed to get rid of the infection? And is crypto completely free or is it a trial program?
Totally free, those are the type of programmes that I recommend
