Avast Blocking Website - Help?

Hello! I will try and make this as to the point as possible. Earlier this month, Avast started flagging our website wxw.crystalvaults.com - we ran several scans and found that it was flagging a javascript file. We corrected the issue, all scans from multiple websites are clean. However, Avast has still blocked our website. I’ve submitted the false-positive form well over a week ago and have yet to hear back from them. Is there anything else that I can do to speed up this process?
