Avast blocking website - how to solve?

Hi

I am using Avast Free and it is blocking a website because when switch avast off I don’t get any problems with the website but when Avast is on then I get a “page cannot be displayed” message from the website. I have tried adding in the website into exclusions section in the general section and also the web shield components but still get the “page cannot be displayed” message. Does anyone know how else I can exclude the website from Avast so I don’t have to switch Avast off when I try to access the website.

Is it a website for a device on the local LAN?

Yes - I am trying to access the website from a PC on a local LAN but experienced the same when I tried to login from home (also have Avast there).
