Hi,
can you generate support package and send it to us? Please, don’t forget to mark down it’s ID and post it here.
Using this tool http://public.avast.com/supp/util/avastsupportR2.exe
Thank you,
David
File ID: 25GIC
20150330_0955_25GIC_2450612283.zip
support tool told that i have compatibility check issue, which is strange cause only other software i have is malwarebytes which runs only like once a week for a scan
Thanks, but I see nothing interesting in the support package. Could you please send me also kernel logs ?
- launch DbgView (https://download.sysinternals.com/files/DebugView.zip)
- in “Capture” tab click to “Capture kernel”
- turn ob Webshield and try to browse on some pages
- send me DbgView output at jursa@avast.com .
Thanks a lot,
David
