We have some problems with Avast last time. It blocks our site, but there is nothing that can cause this. We tried to add the site to the Exclusions list, it works, but what should do other people if they don’t have access to our site because of the antiviruses (Avast and others)? Could it be a virus on my computer or even on a website? How to check it?

You could file an FP report to avast’s. It could be a whole series of issues both for the client or on the server for that website.
Only avast team members can come and unblock. Also they know for what reason that website has become flagged.
It could be cloaking, spammy links, outdated code that makes the site attractable for hackers, name it.
Without a Sucuri scanlink or a broken link to that particular website , it is hard to say from here,
what has caused the avast alert. Did you also perform scan at Virus Total?
