Avast blocks our website - false positive issue

Hello,

We have an issue with our website (medaz.ro) being flagged as malware/phishing. We have updated all our plugins, extensively checked all the files and database with Imunify, even searched for malware signatures using ssh, scanned it with every tool possible.. everything seems fine.
Scanned and analyzed it with Virustotal - everything came clean:

We have submitted a false positive claim more than 1 week ago to avast, without any help. Do you guys have any experience about how long it would take for this to be sorted?
Maybe someone from avast can loop into this?

First, I’m an Avast user and not an Avast Team member.

You won’t get a direct response but it should be analysed within 48 hours, if found to be false it will be removed.

I will try and draw some Avast Team input into this matter.

The reported domain was checked, and based on the findings, the detection was removed. The website is now marked as clean in the Avast database. This change may take up to 1 hour to take full effect. Please accept my apology for the inconvenience caused.

If the situation persists after 1 hour, please update the Avast virus database and try again.
