Despite much discussion this issue is still unresolved.
I have tried all off the recommendations made by the various posters who have tried to help on this but as yet have found that, apart from switching off the Avast firewall, nothing works.
Windows Defender starts looking more and more attractive.
It would have been nice to post this in your original topic which contains all the information.
