Avast boot time scan help please!!

Hello avast friends :smiley: i have a little problem, and i could REALLY need some help…

I am running avast FREE, and i got this result when i boot scanned my system

C:\program files(x86)\Dell Stage\Dell Stage\stage_primary.exe Low PUP:Win32:PUP-gen[PUP]

C:\ProgramData\Dell\Dell Stage\updates\Update_1.5.420.0\DellStage_1.5.420.0_Update.msi|>disk1.cab|.stage_primary.exe Low PUP:Win32:PUP-gen[PUP]

C:\Windows\Installer\1085a6.msi|.stage_primary.exe Low PUP:Win32:PUP-gen[PUP]

And it did not allow me to delete them or put them in the chest, are these malicious viruses?? and how can I remove them from my computer without damages?

PUP ( Potencially Unwanted Program ) they are not viruses just programs that can do good or harm. Just depends who is in control. Since this seems to belong to a DeLL program, I suppose your are OK if your PC is DeLL

You can send them to VirusTotal to be scanned by 40 or more Antimalware scanners:

Why are you running a boot scan ?
