Whenever I run avast browser clean up I always find the same result " The toolbar protector “SpeedBit Update” has been detected on your system. It is recommended to completely remove it from your system, otherwise the results of Avast Browser Cleanup might not be reliable.

Do you want to completely remove “SpeedBit Update” [recommended]? And I always click on YES

This toolbar protEctor mentioned above is C: >> Program files x86 >> Common files >> SpeedBit file >> SBUdate (2012)

But it can not be deleted at all because The action can not be completed because the folder or a file in it is open in another programm"

So What can I do to solve this problem…Thanks!!!

do you have a browser open when doing it?

Close the application(s)/process that are using it and then delete it.

Thanks a lot but I still have leftover on registry editor under SOFTWARE. I d rather ask firt and then remove it from registry editor myself… thanks!!

Just right click the offender & select “Unlocker” from the Context Menu.
There’s a drop down at the bottom left for the options to perform.
