Avast Browser "Blocking" SSL Certification

On some sites that I know have SSL certification they are showing “Not Secure” warning next to the URL. I tried these sites in Firefox and they are indeed showing the certification icon.

Is something set in my “Privacy & Security” that would cause this? Something else?
